Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to accept cash, money orders, and Paypal. We hope that as our buisness grows we will be able to accept more forms of payment.

How long is an average cleaning?

Cleanings and renovation times all depend on the size of the space and the work that needs to be completed. We strive for a nice job and not a rushed one. After booking your appointment we should be able to provide you with an estimated time.

What is the caring facility like?

At the moment we are running our business out of our home in Collingswood, NJ and ore only able to accept a max of 5 clients a day. We hope that our business grows big enough to afford a building that holds supplies.If you are concerned, when booking you appointment ask for a tour over the phone or in notes.

Do you accept refunds?

No, we do not accept refunds but, if you feel that your renovation or cleaning job was rushed or not to your liking we will do it over for free.

What exactly is Care and Clean?

Care and Clean is a business run by Shelly Thomas and Glen Bailey. The business is sort of like two businesses in one. The first part which is run by Shelly Thomas is a home health service where we will take your elder for a number of hours while you do what you have to do. The second part of the business is run by Glen Bailey and offers cleaning and renovation services, where everything from power-washing, painting, and pest removal is offered.
